Dr David Jo grew up in New Zealand and moved to the Gold Coast in 2009.
He completed a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Doctor of Medicine from Griffith University in 2016. Since then, he has been working as a GP Specialist at the Gold Coast after completion of Fellowship FRACGP.
Dr Jo has had special interest in Neurodiversity related unique mental health struggles of Anxiety, Depression and Addictions.
He has undertaken supervision and training with Dr Ashar Khan . Dr Jo provides a holistic approach to align with the QANC multidisciplinary collaborative diagnostic and early intervention emphasis on patient and families.
Dr Jo is an active member of AADPA (Australian ADHD Professionals Association), UKAAN and The World ADHD Federation. He has also attended essential ADHD workshops and teaching sessions.
Dr Jo provides academic teaching at Griffith University & Bond University medical schools. He is an active faculty member of Department of Medicine and a Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student education at GUMURRII
